I'm using Ultimate Traffic 2 and it fills all available gates with AI traffic in busy airports. Vehicles around aircraft generated by FSDT GSX Ground Services addon

That there looks like Default Scenery... I use it with ImagineSim and it works just fine. The only down side is that you dont get Jetway animations.
