I've got the EVGA GeForce 210
Not the latest drivers, but the previous. Haven't made any changes and no other software additions, FS or otherwise.
I overclocked the GPU to 560 and the memory to 706 about a week ago. Had forgotten that I'd done that because it was running so smoothly.
This morning, I got FS9 setup and ready to run. Parked at ATL gate D9, started SQ, then started FSPassengers (I use it to set up my loadout). I clicked on Start Flight, waited about 10 seconds then Aborted the flight (that's my normal procedure) then turned off the center fuel pumps . . . suddenly . . . with a dual CLICK . . . I lost both monitors. Hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm
had to do the dreaded 4 second hold down-shut down . . . started in safe mode, then shut down back to normal . . . opened up my EVGA tuner software and brought the GPU back down to 520, and memory down to around 620, and tried the flight again with a manual loadout, leaving FSPax out of the pic . . . same result.
FSX runs well, but frames are around 8~12 in ATL and that's from where I normally fly.
I've no idea what's going on. Has anyone else seen this before?
ADDENDUM: GPU temp is around 60~65 when this happens. Not sure at what temp the GPU will shut down, and can't find that info anywhere.
