Hey, company - anyone heard of any plans to provide FS scenery from one of the satellite image databases (e.g. Google Earth, MS Virtual Earth)? I just think the difference in realism would be amazing. I have not heard of any developers working on that as a project with an estimated release date.

Michael, I use Tileproxy (what Matt suggested above). It's tedious to setup, but if you can push through it, the end result is amazing!

I have "selfware" enhancements to downtown Birmingham and downtown Atlanta, using Google Earth buildings. It makes both cities look awesome!
