i know they say you do not get promoted based on hours. So how do you know when u would become a captain, because i know i can easily gain 100 hours in a month or less but i have no idea when i will be promoted and anywhere on the website where i see numbers there are always 1234567897 or some number like that, can someone please enlighten me.
