Kevin, do you have the latest driver for your video card? I asked because some times weird stuff like this happens and when I do an update to the video card,the problem stops. Not 100% sure though.

Definitely reboot and see if it happens again. Also, update your video drivers, and go inside your case and make sure your card is getting sufficient airflow to cool it. That doesn't look like overheating but it can't hurt to check.
