It was officially announced this morning that Delta will acquire all 88 of Air Tran's 717 with a lease agreement with SWA and Boeing. It also said to say bye bye to the CRJ2's.

The replacement of CRJ-200's will be replaced by more 900's and EMB-175's if the new pilot agreement is approved which would allow further scope relaxation. I believe I read an additional 70, 76 seat aircraft.
