Hey everyone,

lately just about every time i visit the website I have this issue. It will be ok for a few pages and then every page after that i start getting a message saying "FORBIDDEN you do not have access to" .... and then whatever the page is. I close out the browser, restart the computer and nothing fixes it. I then run ccleaner and it starts working again. It does this in all browsers, chrome, firefox and IE. I also get this on other computers in my house on this site. Anyone have any ideas?

Try to clear your browser history, I had the same happen to me yesterday and that fixed it for me at least

I've only seen that a few times & assumed it was a server side issue. I just walk away for the night and the next day it's no longer a problem.

I get it too, use Chrome browser. Its an error coming from the server. A glitch I would guess, when I close my browser and reopen it goes away most of the time.

From my experience, if you simply wait a few minutes, you can just reload the page (no need to clear cache, run CCleaner, or restart). My guess is that it is some server-side error that is causing the DVA pages to return the forbidden message. I would also guess that in the time that people have taken to restart/clear cache/clear history/run CCleaner, enough time has elapsed that a reload works again.

Perhaps someone more familiar with our webpage setup can provide a better answer?

I'd have to look at the logs to be sure, but the server (as a security measure) will invalidate your credentials if you come from a significantly different IP address than that which you logged in with.
