If anyone out there had this situation and can help, if not, I already submitted ticket with PMDG but as previous bad experience I rather see if someone here had the same problem.
Bought it today. D/L but when try to install you see the installer window for 1.5 seconds and then is gone. Waited for more than 15 minutes and nothing. You can see the installer in the task manager with CPU resources of 12-14 but nada.
Stopped all unesesared programs including virus software. Rebooted system, ran as administrator and nothing.
Windows-7/64. Have PMDG 737/747 with no issues, also LVL-D and other add-ons with no issue. If anyone had the same situation and have the solutions that would be great, if not, I'll be waiting for the response from PMDG, hope they respond this time.

Delete the installer, re-download it, and try again
Also, make sure your system is up to date on everything ...run windows update

Did remove the installer, re-downloaded, nothing yet. However, will do the updates on windows when I return home. Txs for the tip, hopefuly that will work, if not, will try other few things.

Jay - you may have done this already and if so, I apologize but my experience with all installers (and having good success with them with W7)...after you download the installer, please ensure you click on the "properties" of the installer filer and click "unblock." Also, if you can run as "administrator," even if you have UAC turned off, that may help. The only time I have ever had an install issue is when I failed to "unblock" the downloaded file and I was able to fix the dilemma in about three seconds by doing so.

Did the updtes and still nothing. Unloaded all program not needed in background. PMDG did reply so I guess we will be working to see what's going on. Hope I don't have to do a clean install as I have FSX perfect for my needs with all add ons and sceneries and settings, if that's the case, then I guess I just wasted $$$ and will leave it there till Im ready to spent a day doing clean install. Txs for the tips guys. Also Vic, I made a mistake, this computer is running Vista 64 not W7. But I went to the other computer with W7 64 and couldn't see that "unblock" feature on the file, where is it? Inside the zip, the .exe properites? I looked everywere and couldn't find it. Peace !
