Since I have installed Saitek throttle in FS 2004,when I use my Y key for slew mode my aircraft takes off,any suggestions.

If you also have the three axis throttle quadrant, center all of those axi (50%) before hitting Y.

I have the same problem with mine, I typically just kick the rudder a little bit as soon as I hit Y and it stables out quickly though on a different heading but its easy enough to get back around.
