hey all. got an issue, i noticed in the ops manual that we are allowed to fly aircraft in the same family. im a captain in the CRJ program currently, waiting on the upgrade to the A320. but for example when i try to choose the CRJ700 for a flight, its greyed out on the dropdown list in acars, and it tells me im not rated for it.

the CRJ-200 is the only one thats black on the dropdown and the only one itll accept.

or do i just ignore the not rated message for those?

was thinking maybe it was an issue with my account since its a pretty old account, just took a long break from the VA

Re-request the CRJ ratings in your pilot center.

You are only rated for those aircraft listed on your Pilot Center page. I believe that the CRJ 700 and 900 are awarded with a higher program than the CRJ-200. Go to the Pilot Center, Document Library and read the Pilot Promotion Manual for a better description of the process of gaining additional ratings and rank at DVA.

yep thats where i got it from under the CRJ200 program

"Pilots within these equipment programs are automatically qualified to fly the ATR72, B1900, BAE146, CRJ200, CRJ700, DO328, EMB120, ERJ135, ERJ145, F70, F100, and Saab 340"

im pretty sure now it was something with the account, now that i got transferred to the A320 program, they are all available now smile

thanks folks smile
