Same here. If I remember right there are a couple of patches you have to do in order to get it working correctly.

What are those patches if you dont mind giving me instructions. followed the directions on the wilco website downloaded the fs9 to fsx patch copied everything to the FSX folder after installing all the aircraft and their respective patches. I run the fsx patch it shows up in fsx but blk panels in both 2d and virtual. I think i might be missing something.

After playing around with it. I have noticed that the crj700 and crj900 work perfectly. Now the crj-200 panel shows up correctly with guages however im still missing the PFD, Navigation Display and engine displays. Anyone have any ideas?

The 200 was always an issue. i did some editing yrs ago and had it working but I don't recall what it was? I RECALL.

Install the FS2004 version of the Wilco CRJ. It will create and install in Root FSX AIRCRAFT. Go to the CRJ 200 panel folder. Find the CRJ.gau and rename it CRJ.dll. Copy, paste and overwrite to your FSX CRJ200 panel folder.

Delete the Aircraft folder from FSX the installer created. All the other files the FS9 installer created simply over wrote existing files. The FS2004 version and FSX were very little difference. May have to reinstall Navagragh navdata if you update the navdata.

Yeah there was a FS9 to FSX patch, but if I remember correctly I had to change a directory somewhere because it wanted to put the FS9 folder structure into FSX, meaning things like the aircraft and gauges went in the wrong spot (simobjects, etc). I'm sorry I don't recall exactly what I did but I'll take a look when I get to the house and see if anything comes back to me.

And this is for the 200 in FSX. I've never flown the 700 or 900.

EDIT - I see Randy has offered a solution. However what he did is different than what I had to do. Give it a try and let us know how it sorts out.

Thats true Chrs. As FS2004 didn't have the "Simobjects" folder, FS2004 installers will create an Aircraft folder in the FSX root folder and install aircraft in it. Sound, effects, texteures, etc are the same as FSX folder structure (minus Modules folder). You can just copy the aircraft from that folder to the FSX\Simobjects\Airplanes folder. What I have described does work its just kinda a PITA. Never understood why Wilco never fixed that! Well, WILCO do I need to say more........... smile

I could just send the repaired gauge but it's rather large.

I'm now experiencing the same problem. The WILCO CRJ-700 and -900 are working perfectly. But the -200 has blacked out gauges. Has anyone figured out the fix for this?
