Maybe I'm just not seeing it anywhere but does DVA have a page/post for CI's used on different aircraft. Or does the CI usually vary from flight to flight with Delta. You never know with gas prices these days....thanks in advance.

There is a Delta Fly article on this ....don't have that link right now though. Maybe someone else can post it.

To answer your question though, no, there is no list of CI. I just use 85 on all of my flights. May not be "as real as it gets" but I can live with that! biggrin

CI is constantly changing RW. I use 100 for the Level-D for all flights though.

I used a fuel profile in FSBuild built specifically for CI 70 on the LD767. Worked perfect.

I use 50, sometimes 100. Fuel efficiency isn't a concern for me.

The Level D manual shows CI listed for Delta on 767-300 as follows:
No Hurry: 75
Medium: 113
In a Hurry: 377

I don't know if these numbers are still up to date.

For the 747 I recommend a CI of 80 on longer flights and a CI of 100 on shorter flights but it is really personal preference.

As a Ramp Agent in Berlin constantly working with the Air Berlin 738s, I try to do everything as close as possible to what they do. They use a CI of 10, Econ speed, that's what I've been doing.
