	Offline - just fly - find yourself a flight you want to do from the DVA find a flight link (http://www.deltava.org/findflight.do) and once you are done flying it - log it. You must log your forst DVA filght manually in order to get your DVA number. You can fly it offline using ACARS as well if you would like to - and once you file, and your flight approved, you will get your DVA number that was as well. Also in the Pilot's Center, there are several manuals that you should familiarize yourself with.
