I have just installed the Fleet B747. However, the nav data is AIRAC 0811 (I think). I have the latest AIRAC, but the only iFly data I have in there is for the B737. So by clicking on this file, it attempts to update the iFly 737 that I have not in my "hangar" Could someone advise me which file is relevant to the Fleet 747, so I can update the FMC nav data.

Obtain a legit copy of the PMDG AIRAC update.

Backup your files first.

You can update using the PMDG AIRAC but you have to manually edit the wpnavaid.txt file to eliminate the NDBs with a frequency of 1000.00 or higher. Copy the PMDG files into the \fmcwp\NavData folder to the \iFly\747-400\navdata Folder. Open the wpnavaid.txt file. Look for the offending entries. The easiest way to find them Is to open the file and scan the right edge looking for any row that is longer than the others. Delete the rows with the extra digits. After you remove all of the long entries save the file. You FMS data is now updated.
