I've noticed that anytime I tell IE to remember my log-in credentials for the site, I get failed log in attempts.
I would assume the same security protocol is what's keeping me from being able to log in using my smart phone.

What do I need to do to be able to access the site from my phone?

I use chrome, and it does a great job remembering my info that I want it to. So far I haven't had any issues on this site. On my smart phone, I don't allow it to remember any log in info just in case it gets lot or stolen. Sometimes I have to zoom in whey keying in log in info just to make sure they info goes in the correct fields.
