Zachary, you can still get the A380 rating from the T7 or 747 checkrides, and the 748 is legal to fly with the 744 rating because the models are external only.

Zachary, even if Delta had ordered 747-8s, they wouldn't get a seperate program. They would be grouped with the 747-400 program.
