Just an idea-when posting the accomplishments of a pilot, would it be possible to put a blurb (cut & paste) in what it takes to obtain the accomplishment. We have so much information scattered about on the website it would be nice for readers to understand what the accomplishment took to obtain. I am sure we have a fair share of new-hires who wonder when they read about them or see them in our little profiles.

I'm sure I've seen people get awards that are not in the Pilot Centre. There was one for colonial or imperial something and some others too I think. No idea what they are for.

AFV has some different awards than DVA. Perhaps that's what you've seen?
