Every time I load a flight plan via the route plotter from DVA I find myself all over the place in the departure airport. I load the flightplan in FSX via the flightplanner, and in the departure window it is mentioned unknown. How can I upload az gateposition via in the flightplan from the route plotter from DVA ? I like to start my flight from a actual DELTA assigned gate.

I think you did the same post twice, anyway you have to select your gate from the fsx Flightplanner and it should put you at whatever gate you choose. Your probably ending up all over the airport because FS is putting you wherever the first waypoint (which is usually the airport or airports VOR) is.

I think what you are talking about happened to me also Guido. Choose your gate in the departure airport in fsx, plot your route in the DVA route plotter, then when you load your flight plan into FSX it will ask if you want to move your aircraft to the selected position, hit No.

Jerry, there are a few different ways to check, but I just go to flightaware with the flight number and look for the gate info in the top right...
(just change the flight number to the one you want)
