I've seen videos where you can view flights from a ground view, I'm assuming on the replay. Is there a way to do that on FSX only, or do you need an add-on to do so...and if so, what program is it? I searched the cooler and couldn't find anything.

There is a replay option in FSX, I think under settings when you press ALT.

I know there's a replay option, but I mean the option in replay to see the plane from a stationary spot on the ground and not beside plane

Ah ok, now I know what you mean. I'm pretty sure you can switch camera angles. You can also use the free program FSRecorder to record your plane (and other) plane's movements and then replay it and use any camera angle. This will also give you different angles. Stationary angles, you can use EZdok and Walk and Follow, both payware.
