One of the required destinations for the globetrotter accomplishment is "Dominica" but I don't see that as a destination to fly to on the route map. Are we actually referring to the Dominican Republic and not Dominica, which is a small island north of Saint Lucia?

Did you check ALL of the airlines, including Air france and codeshares? if none of those fly there, then your probably right. if the dominican republic is listed as well, then it is Dominica, as in the island. hope this helps!

Jaden, the accomplishment is only for countries Delta flies to, not its codeshares so it should come up in airports you have yet to visit list. Dominica is a country, the airport that Delta serves being Punta Cana Dominican Republic, MDPC.

It should probably be updated to avoid confusion. I was also searching for flights to airports in Dominica, such as TDPD or TDCF. It would have made it easier if it said the Dominican Republic.

One thing I do to search for an airport in a country that I have yet to visit is I go to the pilot center and click on the link for "airports you have yet to visit" link under the flight reports section -> Flight information. Once there, I use ctrl +f for the find feature and type in the country name. Once you find an airport, it will list over to the right what airports you can fly there from. Hope this helps.

Assuming I read this right, Dominica is not the required country - it's Dominican Republic?

Are you absolutely sure about this? Reason I ask is that I am currently working on this achievement, and I have been flying ALOT of KLM flights. And at the approval of each flight? Another destination would fall off my Globetrotter Achievement list.
