Pilots,
As many of you have been finding out, dispatch has not responded to requests since Friday afternoon. I want to sincerely apologize for leaving my dispatch client on in a unreachable place over the weekend. If senior staff can not correct the issue, I will be at work around 0720 EST tomorrow morning (Monday) and will correct the issue.
I know many of you enjoy using dispatch, and when not online...auto-dispatch. I know you can't use auto-dispatch because I have been left logged in, again I sincerely apologize.
I want you all to continue trusting in Dispatch with it's First Class Service, so...even though it is frustrating, I want you to all know that it will never happen again.
I hope you all have a great weekend, and look forward to flying / dispatching with everyone soon.
