Just wondering why there are no Delta cargo or KLM/Air France Cargo flights on the schedules?

Paul - I can't speak for DVA, but we have plenty of cargo flights in the AF schedule... Look for 747-400ERF flights for example.

Paul,
DAL discontinued cargot flight schedule entries. Following the NWA merger there was scheduled B747-200 (possibly -100) flights in the Pacific, but they discontinued that. I cannot recall if we added them as historic flights. Try searching for DAL or NWA B747 flights.
Regards,
Terry

We have a 747 cargo flight from RJAA to PANC, it's in the schedule as DVA9501 Leg 1.

Nicholas,
DVA 9501 isn't a cargo flight. We entered it on June 25, 2011 for a special online event. It should be removed since the event is definitely over.
I'm still searching for the NWA cargo flights. I did find DAL's first experience with the B747-100. The flights are in our historic section.
Regards,
Terry

There are plenty of cargo flights that DVA has flown. They're probably not going to show up in the schedule but here are some historical ones from a book I have below. Make sure there are valid flights in the schedule. The book is by R.E.G Davies about the history of Delta Air Lines.
1947-1950s: C47 (DC3) flights Atlanta-Cincy-Chicago
1957: C46 across the pacific (route was not specified but most likely LA to HNL to Korea/Japan (post war relief efforts)
1966: Delta begins using the L-100 (C130) for cargo until 1973. Not sure of routes though. The fleet installer is quite fun to fly.
NW had 15 747's flying cargo when Delta merged with them but I think that's ended.
You could fly these routes but they'd have to be in the schedule database and there is no way to use just cargo in ACARS to fill the entire aircraft. You'd essentially have empty seats with full cargo beneath the floor.
Not sure if this helps you or not but thought I'd share. Wikipedia (not the most trustworthy source) has a paragraph on NW Cargo here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Northwest_Airlines

Just a bump on this one. There's no way out of PANC with the B744 once this flight is finished. There's a pile of 744's on the ramp now.

Bob,
Thank you for the reminder. DVA9501 was removed from the schedule. Emergency crews are being brought in to remove B747 pile-up.
Regards,
Terry
