Do you know of any Mexican websites that you can order parts from (preferably one that has the option to view in english)? I can throw you something together in the $1300 range using US sites if you would like, and you could then check availability and pricing in your area and we can work to get you the best build within your budget. If you are interested let me know what the other uses for the system will be (i.e. gaming, video rendering, etc.) and what parts you don't need (i.e. monitors, HDDs you are reusing, etc.).
