Folks, a couple weeks ago all the sudden, Nvidia Inspector (latest version and beta version) is getting blocked when I try to modify my FSX profile session. Each time I click on the wrench looking thing, I get this:

Unable to generate a temporary class (result=1).
error CS0016: Could not write to output file 'c:\Users\David\AppData\Local\Temp\lvxosj5n.dll' -- 'Access is denied. '

Any idea on how to bypass this? I've cleaned out the temp files and I'm afraid if I delete and try to reinstall the program, it will stop me. Using W7 64 bit with Comodo Internet Security (free version) as a firewall. I researched in Nvidia's forums, but they all point to the virus program, but I've whitelisted the program and it still does it. Suggestions?

I would say instead of whitelisting try turning off firewall and trying it. if it works then you have isolated the issue. you can then turn your firewall back on. if that doesn't work then make sure the .dll is not read only.

Create a folder in your "my documents" ( or another location)and put ALL of the contents of the inspector file in there. Then it will run.

I got it, it was Comodo causing the issue. disabled the Behavior Blocker and Anti virus and boom, it works. Finally got my imaginesim airports to install as well! Sweet!
