Well, after almost three years (as long as I've been here at DVA) my laptop bit the dust.. I don't know much at all about what a "good" laptop would be for fs9/fsx. I have ('had' I guess..) an HP pavilion. At first it would run fsx no problem. Then with time the fps got worse so I eventually switched back to good ole' trusty fs9.
I'd like something not too expensive. I do not have thousands to blow. I'm looking to spend maybe 500-1,000, no more. I got my previous one for about 600 if I remember right. Ran fs9 just fine. Note: I heard that HPs have hard drive issues, maybe something else this time, perhaps. Anyway, thanks for the help! The sooner I get my new computer the sooner I can be up flying again.
