Hello, i am starting but i want to know what can i do exactly to move into 737, because i have wilco crj on my hangar but its just a very bad plane (i know i am spoiled with the 737 pmdg i have) but its just terrible plane, everytime i fly with it i have to do an IFR flight with the sim cuz the fmc is messed up. Do i need a certain amount of hours?

You must fly 10 ACARS flts using NOTAM #36 as a guideline. Then you can test for Capt in the CRJ. Then you can take the F/O test for the 737. If passed you will then need to request and pass a 737 Check Ride.

Select NOTAMS on the left side when you log into DVA. Read all the NOTAMS while you are there.

The way I understand the entrance exam and hire process, with more reading up front you could have started in the 737 program. As it is now, you have to pass a few checkpoints to get into it. That said, I started in the CRJ program. She's a great bird even without the FMC.

As long as your a first officer in a specific plane/program, you can't switch until you reach the rank of captain which requires 10 flights with the DVA ACARS system, then once you pass the captains exam and complete the 10 flights you can request to switch.
I initially got into the 737 program but moved out because i am a junkie for long hauls hence my 767 rating (747 checkride too hard for me haha).
Hope your having fun fernando. Take it easy
