I love this airline, and I have worked hard the few weeks I have been here. I usually get bored with just being a pilot. I love to contribute to the airline that im a part of and use my creativity skills, and enthusiasm....to make the virtual airline even better. Whats the road to being staff here? I know this airline is the best of the best, with more pilots than any airline, the the pilot to being staff radio must be low, like for every one staff member, 50-100 pilots joined. I am very motivated to do my best in this virtual airline, and help out with anything thats needed of me.

When positions are available, they'll be posted in the Career Opportunities section. IIRC, you have to be with DVA for 6 months before you can apply.

Congratulations - You're hired

Your first job is to go out to AVSIM and d/l all updated airports and install them for me. For all the Ray Smith airports, install the crosswind runway version.

Start tomorrow. Come early.

Packaging all their freeware into 1 installer would not be a bad idea actually.

Ralph, some positions also require a minimum number of flights- usually 100 or 150. If you want to join the staff, you should always be courteous in all interactions with staff and other pilots, and be willing to help out other pilots a lot. If you do that enough in the cooler and ACARS, you will get noticed. That's a good start.

If you follow Nicholas' lead by example, you're on the right track in my humble opinion. He is often the first here to congratulate a pilot's accomplishment and contributes in more ways than you all realize.
