my current build is a
AMD Phenom II X4 965 Black Edition oc @ 4gz
16gigs ddr3 1600mh ram
amd 5830 card with vga hdmi and 2 d-dvi
currently i run 4 monitors, using eyefinity, 3 23" monitors and 1 20" using a dvi d splitter. My currently resolution is 5870 x 1080 across 3 monitors.
the top left monitor is hdmi, the top right is active display port to dvi, and the bottom left monitor is dvid split with the right monitor. so technicaly i can only run 3 discrete monitors.
i want to add a 4th monitor for the top top make a 3 window port.
My question is If i get the Matrox triplehead2go digital that can take one dvi-d and make 3 1920 x 1080 spanning across 3 monitors,
SO if i take my dvi-d for the matrox triplehead2go setup, could i also use my gpu card hdmi and display port for 2 additional monitors using eyefinity? so adding eyefinity + triplehead2go ? ?
