I can't seem to run FSX at a frame of higher than 16 FPS. How can I maximize my fps. I'm not running anything else besides FSX or ACARS. Please help. Thank you.

Joseph, go to fotoflexer.com and resize the picture to the desirable size. Let's look at your system settings and see what I can recommend.

i did the fsx configurator how do i apply the tweaked version to fsx?

First, make sure you copy and save your old fsx.cfg file in another location. Second, replace your existing fsx.cfg with the one that the tweaking tool just loaded for you. That's it. Please provide your system specs, the link you gave us is dead.
