Sorry Jim and Jason, I don't have a solution for you other than to let you know you're in good company. You'll find several water cooler threads on this issue basically since the CRJ-1000 was introduced and added to the CRJ program. At first I had no issues with the 2,7,9 but the 1000 was invisible as you are seeing. After my new rig installation, now I can only see the 2 and the 7. The 9 and the 1000 are invisible. I've performed several searches but found no solution. We'll have to wait until someone more knowledgeable comes along
