I have been flying for DVA for over a year. Mostly the B737-800. I have am qualified to fly other aircraft but I really can't find a good one from our library or in any flight sim library/
May I fly the CRJ models rather than the EMB models? The latest download from our fleet library with the CRJ's I really life their flight models, etc.
Thanks.

Well, here's what I am rated for. ATR-72, B1900, B737-200, B737-300, B737-400, B737-500, B737-600, B737-700, B737-800, B737-900, B737-BBJ1, DHC-8, DO-328, EMB-120, ERJ-170, ERJ-175, ERJ-190, ERJ-195, JS41, L-100, S2000, S340
The ERJ's don't have a great flight model, so I guess I am out of luck.
Thanks for your reply Tim.

Hey Bob, your not out of luck. Just check ride the CRJ and you're good. The 'Feel there' ERJ I think is a great product. I fly it alot.

If you like the CRJs, it's as simple as taking a couple of online exams, requesting an additional rating, and flying a checkride.

From the "Pilot Center" on the website scroll down and start by pressing the link "Review Promotion Eligibility". That link will outline what you need to do next to obtain an additional rating in another aircraft. The "usual" progression is to take (and pass) the First Officer exam. After that you can request the additional rating or program switch by clicking on the appropriate link just above the promotion eligibility. With new types you'll be assigned a checkride ... the details of which will be emailed to you. Don't ask questions on the forums regarding checkrides though, just email the Chief Pilot or Assistant Chief Pilot for any necessary clarifications. After you pass the checkride you will be eligible to file PIREPs in that type of aircraft. If you choose to switch equipment programs then you will need to fly ten legs and pass the Captain exam before you can switch programs again and/or request additional ratings.

Good Luck!
