	Ok guys, I've been contemplating this move for the last little while. Finally see an opportunity to make it come to fruition. I've done a lot of research the last week or so, obviously the knowledge base provided by my fellow dva members is beyond anything I could imagine. I essentially want FSX because of the bombardment of new addons being launched recently. I'm starting to feel a little leftout. My idea to have it running smoothly, would to just have the sim run Tileproxy with FSGlobal. And a few other essentials addons (FSinn, ASE, REX) I can do without the autogen, especially since I know it's such a memory killer. I do like my long haul pairings (ATL-AMS, LAX-LHR, AMS-HKG, YYZ-NRT, YVR-FRA, etc...), I would be incredibly upset to find out I can't do them anymore because of quality textures and a few buildings. All I really want to know is: Will my computer/setup reject any of these parts? Is an upgrade cooling unit ABSOLUTELY necessairy? Will these parts meet my demands? Can anyone else recommend another setup under $1k? Thanks guys. Estimating a purchase date of... Tomorrow?

	I would recommend going with an I5 to save some money. As far as FS goes, you won't see any difference in performance because it can't take advantage of the extra threads. On a side note, the CPU and Mobo you chose are on different sockets and therefore incompatible. I prefer EVGA for the GPU, but thats just personal preference. For the upgrade I would go with a 4670k and a Z87-A. I would also personally go for a EVGA 760 for the GPU. What is your current PSU? Model and wattage are important. It may be wise to go ahead and swap it out either way, depending on how old it is. If you plan on overclocking at all (which is strongly recommended for FSX) then it's far easier to go ahead and grab a CPU cooler now rather than having to replace it later. If you never plan on overclocking step the CPU down to a 4670 (non-K) and grab a cheaper H87 mobo.
