Lately I am having some issues with FSX that I just can't figure out. It started prior to installing the PMDG T7 so I know that this is not causing the issue. So here we go.... When loading I have no issues... If I exit out it shows the aircraft on the home screen, but after going back into the sim there is nothing... No scenery, aircraft or anything. Then I will exit a second time to the home screen and the place where there is a plane is all black. I have checked all my settings and everything looks fine, so I am still scratching my head here. Also I did download and place in the fsx folder the uiautomationcore.dll 32 bit file. Also if I take and click one time too often while the sim is running it will crash to the desktop. Any help would be great.

Whenever I have strange issues with fsx I tend to delete the fsx.cfg and let the game generate a new one. Its a toss up but it might just work. Be sure to make a backup of your current one.

Just the other day whenever I'd load up a flight my virtual memory was at like 3.8-3.9 gigs. I tries everything to fix it and my last resort was deleting the fsx.cfg file. It worked and now I'm at 2.5-3.5 on my flights.

Thanks Jacob. I just spent the last hour adjusting some of the settings in FSX and right now seems to be holding. I still get the error when exiting but got rid of the other problems I was having when switching between planes or airfields loosing scenery.
