hey guys, i am having a repeating CTD problem in FSX that i was hoping someone might have some ideas on. the CTD happens about halfway through the flight and has happened three times in a row now i have tried this particular flight. there is the situation....

route: KLAX-KPHX
plane: leonardo maddog
AI:100%
sceneries: FSDT KLAX, flightbeam KPHX, UTX, GEX, REX
weather: opusfsx
MISC: delta ACARS

made a flight yesterday from RPLL-RJGG (3 hours) in a PMDG 777 with no problems. but the KLAX - KPHX route seems to have an issue somewhere. any ideas would be appreciated...

Jason I know these can be a pain but as always you have to determine what has been done before what can be done. Have you applied this fix: UIAUTOMATIONCORE.DLL-FIX

My guess is that you are running out of memory when you fly into KLAX. Again, if you have not tried any of Kosta's fixes I highly recommend them.

hi kenneth, thanks for responding. i meant to say in my post but forgot, on the second time it happened, i found an article about the UIAUTOMATIONCORE.DLL file and that it would be better to replace the Windows 7 one with the Windows Vista one. I did that but still happened. I have applied the tweaks in Kosta's guide (they have been helpful too). Would duplicate sceneries cause this potentially? i don't think its the KLAX scenery because i have no problems there, its as i approach PHX. i need to search if i have duplicates maybe....
