So I made it to Captain of the CRJ-200 Program, and I took the First Officer Test for 737 Program that I passed. It's been 2 days now that says waiting for review (which I know it says 24-72 hours), so that is not what I'm questioning. However, I clicked on Review Promotion Eligibility and this was highlighted = B737-800 2 You are elgibile to request but have not passed the Check Ride for this Equipment program.

I didn't recieve an e-mail about this, or how you do a Check ride. Any help?

You have to request the equipment change. You can do this at the bottom of your pilot center.
