I've gotten it on 50% of my flights so far. Into Boston where I have complex scenery it was a bit expected but it last happened at KJFK where I don't have expensive scenery enabled but there was quite a bit of VATSIM traffic. It is a bother.

I picked up SP1 only, no expansion to the -300. I've done 2 shorties, and 2 long hauls. No issues so far. Consider myself lucky.

I have done the clean install, literally reinstall the windows and so forth, and having no problem what so ever with OOM issues. I am currently running my 2nd long haul.
I am running with REX Overdrive + ASN with my 777-300ER.
What I can also suspect is if you have 64bit windows and have more than 4GB or RAM, have you twicked the FSX.CFG to use up to 3.2 GB of memory?
