In terms of Oceanic Crossing Flight Levels for NON-SLOTTED TRAFFIC ONLY:
Please put NONSLOT as the very first entry in the remarks section of your flight plan.
If you are departing from KMIA and going to any of the arrival airports (LPPT, EGSS, EGKK, EDDM, LSZH, LFPG), please fly an EVEN flight level during your Oceanic crossing.
If you are arriving into LPPT from any of the departure airports (KJFK, KEWR, CYYZ, KMIA, KBOS), please fly an ODD flight level during your Oceanic crossing.
