KLAS KLAX RJTT VHHX VIDP EDDF EGLL KJFK and reverse. there are sub-routes to Bombay, Bahrain and Karachi I did not yet enter. Flown by a B742 (with the one domestic route in a B722).

This route was not specifically flown by Delta when they took over the Pan Am routes but it is a rich part of Pan Am's history.

Ha ha. Wouldn't you know it Darren but the Pan Am schedule did not include that last leg. I guess Juan Trippe was trying to fly from NYC to Las Vegas the long way or something. There are plenty of Delta flights LAS to JFK one way or another to complete the route.

It depends what era the flight was scheduled, but the round the world flight for PAA used to be PAA01 westbound from LAX to JFK and the PAA02 eastbound from LAX-JFK. In the good old days before de-regulation, Pan Am itself did not have any domestic routes (they had to buy National for those).

Interesting Kyle. These came directly from a timetable. I used a different flight number be cause I have a system I'm following when I add flights organized by aircraft type.
