(Not Sure if this is the best spot to post this, so if there is a better one please let me know)

Hey Everyone, so I think I'm going to start streaming some of my flights on twitch and was wondering if anyone else out there has done it before and could offer not necessarily tips, but things to avoid. I've been streaming some games that I play for a little while, and those are pretty straight forward but I feel that this is much more complex and could have the tendency to get very technical if I'm not careful and turn away viewers.

Any tips are welcome and will be given consideration :-)

Robert,

Streaming from a PC is a little bit more involved than streaming from a console but it's a lot more flexible in terms of options. I use XSplit (Broadcaster I believe?). It works well enough although I need to figure out how to get sound from multiple sources (FSX, PMDG, and VATSIM) into the stream. Right now it's 1 or the other.

I have XSplit as well, and I love it, I know OBS is better for customizing options like multiple audio sources, and I think that would be a great idea to get everything in there including VATSIM
