Pan Am used Berlin Templehoff airport, also known as Berlin City Airport, as a sort of Germany domestic hub from 1950 to 1975 and featured the Boeing 727-100 in 1969 due to the shorter runways. Templehoff was formerly the destination for the Berlin Airlift of 1948 and also became a close destination behind the iron curtain for Air France, KLM, and CSA. Another Jim Daigneau creation...

EDDI is Templehof, which has been closed for a while. Gatow was in the British Sector and it is also closed. The two other airports we can use, that should be in the ACARS database, are Schonefeld (EDDB) or Tegel (EDDT). During the Cold War, Schonefeld was behind the Iron Cutain in East Germany. Tegel was in the French Sector so it may be the better option. i thought I had eneterd the ident for Tegel when I built the PAH IG schedule but may have missed it.
