What software is everyone using now to record flights? Mostly, I would like to record approach and landing but the whole flight isn't out of the question

I use bandicam. Went ahead and bought the full version. FRAPS was too heavy on my system when recording.

I heard that about Fraps on other forums, I was thinking more along the lines of being able to post it online

I use Bandicam to record a landing from a replay. Then, I used Windows Movie Maker (free) to do some minor edits. I save the file and then upload to Youtube.
Here is a sample: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=WLfOQfqQs_Y
I'm merely an amateur. There are many others here like Tony Walton and Kevin Lundy that create far better videos.
