It was 1951 and Western Airlines was not only flying between Minneapolis and Denver but hitting lots of locations in between. They called this the "Western Roundup". Adds several new airports to the database including Cheyenne, one I didn't realize we were missing.

These are very short flights intended for piston props like the DC3. Some airports have relatively short runways. Just a word of advice also that all of these new routes added are too short to count towards promotion in your program. However, I hope you'll appreciate Western's vision of making pit stops all along the way in a single day to pick up and drop off passengers and mail.

Schedule Database: WAH
Flight Numbers: 3005-3008
Route: KMSP-KMKT-KBKX-KHON-KPIR-KRAP-KSPF-KAIA-KBFF-KCYS-KDEN
Length: 37nm - 158nm
DC-3

Enjoy and you may even get to visit your BFF!

NOTE to self: when using real wether, check the weather at the destnation BEFORE taking off. This will prevent trying to land at Spearfish in a blizzard while having only the NDB-A approach available in my trust DC-3. X-{

Gotta love those 'ol Dakota legs! That route was later served by CV-240's just a few years later.
