For those on Windows 7, you may or may have not noticed a new windows icon in your taskbar trying to get you to upgrade or "reserve" free upgrade which will take you to put in your email. I would say for now till I find out, do not do this, from my understanding, your computer will automatically roll on to windows 7 like a normal update. Unless someone else has so more specific information.

If you do see it by the way, goto your control panel. Select programs and features and on the left side "view installed updates" Should be the one installed on 5-23-2105 with those numbers above. Just click on it and uninstall and reboot.

I followed this step to remove KB3035583 update.

Mine says that it will be downloaded to your computer but you have to manually install it at a time of your choosing. I hope that is the case because I did sign up for the update, but I would like for others to report on it first.
