FSX uses mostly CPU with a blend of GPU your graphics card wont give you an extra 15 fps. and fsx is limited to 32 bit, 4 gigs ram,
What i would do is check out the online fsx tweak guilds, set your cpu affinity settings, these can go along way and get you more fps without needed hardware, 60 fps playing i seen uses I7 high end cpu
just fyi.
and i have read multiple times that 60 fps is not really neccessary, 30 fps locked is more smoother, and wont cause throttling by setting unlimited. that way you wont get stutters, and if your @ 45 fps why need more?
and differences between single display, and multi display that i know a little about that will change your fps
