In FSX, when I hit the Y button to go to slew mode,, if I even touch my joystick, my aircraft slews VERY rapidly to a long distance away from where I was. It used to be it would slew slow, so I could move my plane on the ramp to another gate, etc. Now, I end up miles away. I don't recall changing anything. Anyone know how to slow this slew mode down?

I found the answer myself. This works great. Just follow the directions and replace the indicated lines in red with his listed values. Works great now.

You can slow it down in the Standard.xml:
