Ok Colin,
So gointo FSUIPC and click on AXIS ASSIGNMENT.
On that Tab on the right, lets start with the following order
Press RESCAN on the left and move the Lever you want, You may have to keep pressing RESCAN untill the axis you are moving matches the one FSUIPC sees and you can see this in the IN and OUT tabs in the center.
Next, Select " UP " circled in red, and move your axis. to the Center, and select the " FROM " tab in yellow,
NEXT move your axis all the way forward and press the tab " TO " // this will give the range to activate the command.
NEXT click the button next to the drop down highlighted Blue right below the axis data, and then use the drop down and select " GEAR UP "
Now for gear down
Simply press the Up arrow in the Purple Box and click up for your #2 assignment,
Next move the axis slightly before your center point of your axis so the 2 dont overlap,
NEXT select the DOWN box circled in red,
NEXT select " FROM " tab
NEXT move your axis all the way back and press " TO "
NEXT select the Box underneath in the blue box and use the drop down to select " GEAR DOWN "
And there you have it your new landing gear lever.
any questions let me know !
