Yes. If you really want a flight that isn't currently in the schedule, you can request it from the help desk as a charter. The schedules are currently being worked on by staff - don't worry!

Our previous schedule provider was acquired by a major media corporation that imposed a different pricing strategy making it totally unaffordable for our organization. There are two alternative sources that we are evaluating and analyzing costs. This is not a simple matter of finding a sponsor, but instead identifying an affordable and technically feasible alternative. This is challenging but we are hopeful that a solution will be found. Of course, we are open to any and all ideas as to how this might be resolved. One solution we won't consider is manually entering 12,000 flights daily.
