If it's the iFly variant, you need to make sure you install as administrator.

Just keep your speed high and slowly make it over the runway.. Normally I try to be at 50 feet once the beginning of the runway passes below me, and descend all the way with the numbers following right after each other. Can't wait till you join us with the Queen.
