Similar to our brethren across the pond, we have created a few accomplishments based on years of service at DVA:

One-Year Anniversary
Two-Year Anniversary
Five-Year Anniversary
Ten-Year Anniversary
Fifteen-Year Anniversary

These are counted from the day of a pilot's first filed flight report. Something special for all of you who have stayed with us. We've haven't been around 15 years yet but its coming in two months. Many of you will attain one or more of these with your next filed flight report as opposed to me granting them all at once.

Stay tuned for a revamping of some of the Stage 1 accomplishments. I hope to revise some and expand to other programs in a similar fashion.
