If you are looking for the freeware, library.avsim.com is always good place to start. there are tons of aircraft in the database for you to utilize at free of cost.
You can also utilize the fleet aircraft from our website as most of them are FSX compatible.

http://www.rikoooo.com is a source of highly realistic freeware planes. Many have very good virtual cockpits. They also have photo real scenery if I'm not mistaken.
